- The (Bank transfer) gateway follows its own refund terms, usually taking 3-7 working days.

- In case of a refund, any fees or charges imposed by the bank must be borne by the buyer.

- Customers are responsible for 10% of gateway, service, and bank charges for any refund, including changes to their preferences. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Digital Product Refunds

- Refunds are possible before product delivery.
- Valid reasons for refund include:

- Non-functioning product.
- Incorrect product key.
- Expired subscription.

- No refunds will be applicable after delivering the digital key.
